Our offices are in the WEST Tower. Elevators are next to the West Tower directory. Please note: if you go up the East Tower elevator, you will not be able to get to our office. You must use the WEST Tower elevators.  Go up to the 5th Floor. Turn left at the Elevators. Enter Suite 500 - Executives Suites.

Driving Directions

Coming From the East (from Minneapolis or St. Paul)

Take 94 to 394 West. Proceed to the MN 100 South Exit (5) and get off at Park Place – Xenia. When at top of ramp, take left on Park Place Blvd. Drive to fourth light which is Parkdale Drive. Take a left. Then take the fourth left and enter parking lot for 1660 Parkdale Plaza.  

Coming from the West

Take 394 East.  Take Park Place Exit. Turn right at top of ramp onto Park Place Bvld. Drive to the fourth light and turn left on Parkdale Drive. Take the fourth left at the sign for 1660 Parkdale Plaza.

Coming from the North

Take 94 E (South) towards Minneapolis then take the 394 West Exit. Then take Hwy 100S. Before you get on Hwy 100S, take very first exit called Cedar Lake Road. The ramp goes south and then turns west. You'll see the five story Parkdale Plaza on your right. Take first right into 1660 Parkdale Plaza parking lot.

Coming from the South

Take 100 N.  Exit on Cedar Lake Road. Stay on frontage road till pass Benilde/St. Margaret school on your right. At top of hill follow signs for Cedar Lake Road and turn east, south and then west under Hwy 100.  At first light take a right onto Parkdale Drive. Take fourth left at the sign for 1660 Parkdale Plaza.

Cancellation/Change Policy

  1.  If you cancel 30 days prior to start date you will receive a full refund less $25 processing fee.
  2. If you cancel in the one month period before start date you have two options:
    1. transfer registration to another person – and there is no charge or
    2. receive credit towards future Speaking Group program less our $150 set-up fee
  3. If you cancel after the program starts you will receive credit towards future Speaking Group program less $150 set-up fee and less $75 for each session you have attended. Credits for future groups are valid for six months from the date of the original registration.

On Demand (Purchased) Webinars
Cancellation/Change Policy

  1. Purchase of an on-demand recorded webinar gives you unlimited viewing access to that webinar for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. The 30 day access is only for the individual listed as attendee on your registration confirmation. (Our recordings are not designed for conference room (group) settings.)
  3. Refunds or extensions are not available should you not be able to view the video within 30 days of purchase.
